It's hard to know what you're doing wrong and why you haven't had your big breakthrough product yet.

Here are three reasons why you haven't broken through yet

1. You Think The Problem Is Always The Product

This was my biggest struggle when starting out.

If a product test didn't go well, I'd just assume it was the product without taking anything else into consideration.

The problem CAN be the product, but most of the time, it's not.

Here are some of the REAL common culprits:

  • Your Ads SUCK - The ads your running on Facebook are losing auctions because they are not engaging, they are low quality, and quite frankly look like they were made by a 6-year-old.
  • Your Product Page SUCKS - If you're getting people to click on your ad but NONE are converting, then that comes down to a problem with your design, continuity, and messaging.

My First $100k Online

I'm sure many of you reading this article right now are thinking "$100k?! I'm older than this kid and I barely even got one sale!!"

Listen.

You're not as far as you think from hitting it big.

Remember: you're always just one product away...

Now that all of your limiting beliefs are GONE, let me tell you exactly how I did it.

At the time I was running a mirage of stores. You name it, I've done it. One product stores, niche stores, general stores, niche hybrids, I've tried them all.

But for this particular product, I went with a one-product store with a niche-style name (Ex. Doggy World but only selling one dog toy)

This gave me the freedom to add upsells to maximize average order value (AOV) and even launch new products in the future.

How I Found My $100k Product

To find my winning product, I searched the BIGGEST dropshipping stores that I knew of and looked at their best sellers using the "Commerce Inspector" chrome extension.
